Tab bar issue when leaving video in full screen.

Go to youtube or any video web and play it at full screen, close full screen and BAM!
It has been happening randomly and it has been in Opera for months. It goes to normally if you click any other tab.
Windows 7.
Update my report for future visitors:
I just updated version Opera to 49.0.2725.39 from 49.0.2725.34 (PGO) and now it doesnt happen.
Maybe this bug occur when a new Opera version is ready to download and update?

Reported it twice in the blogs, today with the update of Beta 50.0.2762.9 as well. This exists since Opera 49 I think and affects fullscreen in general (F11) not only videos. Since it was too obvious (probably known) I didn't use the bug wizard but for anyone that wishes to do so here it is

@litlightbulb Does not do any difference to me, the problem still exists.
