Youtube videos' flash blue!

When I watch a Youtube video in Opera, sometimes the Opera window will flash blue for about 1/4 of a second, then it keeps going like normal. This is getting super annoying as I'm trying to watch something and it flashes blue. Chrome and Edge don't do this, and local videos don't do this. Help?
