Hello
I just started using Opera after a decade with Firefox, but FF has become cumbersome. I like Opera just fine because it has addons & extensions too. My issue is that that their is no ''colorful tabs" extension. I liked it because it provided a nice pastel color for each tab based on server source. My terminology is layman, I apologize. So if i had two youtube pages open, they we're both lt green and my gmail tab would be orange. I searched this forum and discovered "Nope, not possible" It may seem a simple extension but perhaps it's too time consuming for a creator of extensions attempt. But All I see after everything is the way I like it, is that the entire current page tab is all jet black except for the icon. I'm used to being able to read the words on a current tab. The other tabs are blue like the rest of the browser. What am I to do? What am I doing wrong? thanks in advance -

Hi
ok I would still enjoy color coordinated tabs. But I discovered that the all black current tab was caused by using a ''high contrast theme that win 7 provides. Once I switched to the "Windows 7" (aero) theme, the tabs look/behave normally.
Coloring them by domain would be awesome though. I hope a smart programmer/developer could donate a little effort and make Opera look real cool. Some people I know have up to a dozen tabs open at once, They get so short you can't read them, but if this one and those two were the same pastel green, I would know those are the Wikipedia tabs/pages I was looking at earlier for instance.
