How to start Opera 20 with runas.exe

On my Windows 7 desktop (Im working as an Admin) is an icon with
C:\WINDOWS\system32\runas.exe /user:Standard/savecred "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera\opera.exe"
This starts the old Opera 12.16 under the Standard-user Standard and works fine.
I installed Opera 20 in C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera_new
and tried
C:\WINDOWS\system32\runas.exe /user:Standard /savecred "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera_new\launcher.exe".
But Opera starts with a black windows and with no funktion.
With "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera_neu\20.0.1387.91\opera.exe" the same.
When I login as user Standard, Opera 20 works fine.
Return to user Admin, I gave user Standard the Admin-Rights also, but the same.Rohwedder
