Old style express panel in opera

The developers of Opera! I remember that in the old versions of Opera Mobile and Opera Mini for smartphones there was a very beautiful, stylish express panel with a large font. It was black and placed below (which was more convenient), and also contained a large red letter "O" - this is a kind of "chip" of this browser. Is it possible to return this beautiful and convenient panel or to issue a supplement to put it on its own?
