How to export settings

I need to export history and bookmarks to open them in firefox or chrome is there any way of doing something like this.
I'm using the very latest edition of Opera.

@professorplastic For Bookmarks you go to Menu->Bookmarks->Export Bookmarks or you click the heart icon of the sidebar which leads you to the Bookmarks and left down below you can see the same about exporting them.
