Restore Lost Window

I have lost a navigation window that had about 50 tabs organised in a particular order.

I now have just one window open with a single tab, but I can't find the other Window. I have been using that Window for some research I am doing and need to get back the tabs.

I can see a few recently closed tabs in the menu where recently closed Windows are, but the Window is not there at all.

Is there any way I can get the window back or at least to recover the individual tabs. None of these are appearing at all in the recently closed tab list.
