Usage of Opera with SysInternals-Desktop doesn't works anymore on Win10

SysInternals-Desktops is the native and quick way to use different Desktops on Winodows (already before Win10).
Since one Week Opera always starts at Desktop-1.
Before all works fine (I've only used it at one specific Desktop)

I use current Win10.

Reporting on the same issue after recently installing SystInternals-Desktop by Microsoft.

Currently using it on Win7 pro 64
