Hi guys
i want move from opera 12.xx portable to seamonkey portable that have integrate mail client but i dont know how export opera'mail setting for load into seamonkey.
Can someone help me?

For settings, you'll just have to enter them into Seamonkey manually. For IMAP accounts, you just set up the accounts and you're done. Only for POP accounts do you need to import any messages.
For contacts, you can export them via "Menu -> settings -> import and export -> export Opera Contacts" and convert them to csv. Then, you can import them into Seamonkey. There's also http://mysite.verizon.net/zakharin/software/Dawn/ that might help.
For messages, they're already in the right format in Opera's "mail/store" folder (see Menu -> help -> about Opera Mail" for the location. Drafts for all accounts are in the "Drafts" folder. For regular messages, each account's messages are stored in an accountN folder (where N is the number for the account as seen in accounts.ini). Messages are sorted by year/month/day/number.mbs where the mbs file is an mbox file with an mbs extension. They're not sorted into folders like "sent", "Inbox" etc.
For Thunderbird at least, you can import them via the Import Export Tools extension. Not sure if that'll work for Seamonkey though.
Now, another way to do it is to right-click on the "Inbox" view for a pop account and then choose "export" (save as "Inbox", not "Inbox.mbs"). Do the same for "Sent" (Save as "Sent"). Then, do the same for trash (save as "Trash" and drafts under "All Messages". But, first, right-click in the mail panel, goto "show messages from" and select just the account you want so that exporting only includes messages from that account. If you have any Opera labels that have "hide these messages from other views" set, if "show hidden" under the "settings for this view" button on the toolbar above the message list isn't checked for each view you export, the messages in those labels won't be export. So, export the labels too.
If you do things that way, the messages for a view will be grouped into a single mbox file, which will make things easier to import via the extension.
Also, if you export things by view, for Thunderbird at least, a trick that you can try is to replace its mbox files for each folder in "C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\sycy5ks5.default\Mail\pop.example.com" for example with the ones you exported from Opera. For example, you'd replace "Inbox" with "Inbox" and "Trash" with "Trash". But, that's unsupported by Thunderbird so give it a shot at your own risk. You obviously have to create the POP accounts in Seamonkey first before those folders will be created so that you can replace them. The downside of this trick is that you'll want to make sure no messages are on the server before you do it.
Another way to do it is to create an IMAP account for each of your pop accounts in Opera. Then, drag messages from the POP "Inbox" view to the IMAP "Inbox" IMAP folder view for the corresponding account to upload the messages to the server. Then, in Seamonkey, you can set up the pop account and all your messages will be fetched as new.
