Widevine not downloading stuck at 0.0.0.0

I have been trying to use opera to watch things using the oppout video function which I love, but amazon prime videos want widevine installed but under opera://components I get:

Widevine Content Decryption Module - Version: 0.0.0.0
Status - Component not updated

with a check for update button, which then goes off and returns the above.
