Difficulties loading Online.nl

Hello,

Since the beginning of this week I have difficulty accessing:

www.online.nl

and

webmail.online.nl

Pages load very slowly or not at all.

Currently using 12.17 , but the problem was also present in 12.16.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
