Scrambled Fonts Just Appeared

I need some help. I have been using Opera for Windows for a few months now on my PC and was very, very happy with it, however, this last few days the fonts are appearing scrambled as I open new websites. I have removed and re-downloaded a new Opera version, no difference. I have looked at my settings, none of which had changed, no difference. Is there a remedy? I would hate to stop using Opera but I cannot work like this?

Hello!
If you disable "hardware acceleration" (under Browser section) in opera:config does it make the issue gone? (Ensure you have enabled "Advanced settings" in the bottom left side of opera:config in order to see "hardware acceleration" setting).
