Flash Camera/Mic Completely Blank?

This just started today...Happens on Chrome too, but not firefox. Anything that wants to access my cam the flash pops up asking to allow/deny, but to choose mic/cam is blank...

Same here, it was working fine, but the same exact thing has happened to myself. Whats the fix, when will this be fixed?
