Multiple rows of tabs ?

How can I enable multiple rows of tabs in Opera ?
I can't find this setting but Google told me that it was previously supported.
"The simplest way to set it is to right click on the toolbar and select [Customize...] Then activate the [Toolbars] Tab. For the [Wrapping] option, select [Wrap to multiple lines]."
If this isn't featured anymore: WHY was it removed then ? This is seriously one of Opera's most important features. Here's what I mean (not my screenshot): https://wiki.mozilla.org/images/4/41/Nested-tabs.png
Firefox has the TabMix Plus AddOn for this. [I meant to switch from FF to Opera; forums.opera.com/discussion/1833614/import-firefox-session-open-tabs].
If it's not featured by now will it be featured in the next release ? -

You have to ask the Chromium developpers not embedding this feature since 2008; see http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=188
