Default Monitor on Start-Up

Hi, I have a multi-monitor setup with a TV that I use occasionally to watch Netflix. My problem is, my wife sometimes closes Opera when it is on the TV, then turns off the TV. When I get on my computer and open Opera, it defaults to the last position it was in, which was the TV that is now turned off. I never remember the keyboard command to move the window (Shift+Space? Alt+M?), so it annoys me to have to wait for the TV to turn on before I can surf the net.
Is there a way for me to set Opera to only open on Monitor 1 instead of the last used monitor?

You could set your monitor as a default device and just drag the Opera Window to the left. If the screen is disabled, it should open up on the main one. Also, the command for dragging the window is very simple. Select the wanted application, hold Win key + desired arrow, press a couple of times and it should appear. My combination is "Win + right arrow," and after a couple of arrow presses, it seems on my main monitor. If that doesn't help, another combination is "win + shift + arrow key". It should drag the windows across the screens. Hopefully, this helps you!
