Import Firefox Session [open tabs]

Is there a way to import a Firefox Session to Opera ?
Maybe there are some Opera- & Firefox-AddOns out there that would allow that ?
As an example: saving a session in Firefox with "SessionManager" and restoring it in Opera with "TabHamster".Or maybe there's some other tool out there that could convert a session file from Firefox to an Opera one.
And if not: what's the best place to start programming such a session-converter ? Any help for that ? -

A bit long winded (depending on how many tabs you have in your session), but could you not copy each tab address from firefox and paste each one into a new tab in Opera ?. You'll only have to do it once (for each session you have for firefox, if you happen to have more than one, obviously).
Oh, you'll loose the history for each tab by doing it the above way. But does firefox even save the history for each tab in a session ?.

Thanks linuxmint7 - I do have quite a lot of tabs open but I guess that's probably the easiest way.
Well Firefox saves your general history. If possible I'd like to have that browsing history imported as well (I don't need tab histories).Do you know if there's a way to import that then ? In Opera it's stored in "global_history.dat" as cleartext and in Firefox it's places.sqlite but not really as cleartext.
But maybe I can get this going using some AddOn (once I have the clear-text links + titles it should be pretty easy to do). http://kb.mozillazine.org/Places.sqlite
