Migrated from Opera 12: where are the "Site preferences" and "Content Blocker"?

Hello all,
I can't seem to find the wonderful "Site preferences" and "Content blocker" in Opera 18. Where are their analogs in the new Opera?

The nearest thing is in Settings, Websites, where you can set some site preferences for plugins, javascript, etc.

I did also migrate (for about 20 minutes) and went back. All that stuff seems to be gone in Opera 18
