Twitch Clips doesn't load properly and stutter on Opera

Twitch Clips are stuttering on Opera (46 but I had the problem also with 45). It's like they are not loading properly. I DON'T have that problem with Firefox. Here are two Videos showing how it looks like:

Note: I recorded the Videos with OBS. The pauses on the Opera clip are not that long when i don't record it. But it's still like 1 second pauses (you get the idea) so its still kinf of stuttering all the time, which is very annoying!

The problem only occours on Twitsch clips (clips.twitch.tv) and NOT on he streams! The streams are just fine! Also the problem is not there on Firefox.

What i have tried already (everytime with Opera restart):

• Disabled all extensions
• Disabled all security softwares
• Disabled ad-blocker
• Created a new profile folder
• Cleaned cache and cookies (for everything)

I use a Win7 64 bit system with a GTX 1080 and a 50k DSL internet connection.
