Colour definition loading circle

Suggestion for a future update please. It would be helpful to have increased definition between the grey reload circle (next to right arrow) and the grey background, when a page is loading or 'enter' is pressed, also for the tab/s above. It would be great if the colour could be changed from grey, to [VPN] blue if at all possible? The reason I ask is because I have sight issues, and do not always see the page is loading. This could be solved if the colour changed when loading. I appreciate not everyone has sight issues, but those of us who do would find this to be a very welcome update. Many thanks.
