Cannot listen to online music at MP3 320kbps or higher at specific page.

I'm not sure if I post this discussion in the right forum. However, I just want my little problem to be solved.
I'm always listening to music at http://chiasenhac.vn because they provide higher online music quality than other pages. However, since I updated Opera to ver 44, I cannot choose quality higher than MP3 128kbps i.e. MP3 320kbps and M4A 500kbps, Opera won't play at these quality.
Moreover, I also have problem watching video higher than 360p quality too.
Please note that I don't experience this problem with other browsers e.g. Edge, IE, etc.
I've set to allow all sites run Flash in Settings.
