VPN not working & if I want to off the VPN Opera go to not response mode.

Regarding to not working VPN: go to opera:settings/clearBrowserData, and tick the checkbox on the left of "Third party services data", press "Clear browsing data", and try to reconnect the VPN server (or restart the Opera), and see if this helps.

On the second problem: go to Settings > Browser, and scroll down to "System", disable "Use hardware acceleration when available", and relaunch the Opera. If this helps, then it might be due to a hardware acceleration bug in the driver for your graphics card in the Opera. In that case, you can try to update the driver to the latest version, re-enable the HW, and check if this fixes the issue, or keep the HW disabled, and wait either the driver will be auto-updated, or it will be fixed in the further Opera's build (Chromium engine update).
