up till 45 i could disable loading of all tabs... when browser was started only active tab was loaded and rest of them would load only if i click them but now every single tab is loaded
down sides of this change are
- it takes much more RAM to load so many tabs
- CPU usage increases
- takes more time
- uses more traffic
- puts constrain on HDD ( i can hear how it suffers)
benefits of this change are

Seems like tab loading now cannot be disabled at all in Opera 46. It will start loading all tabs one by one after the browser is launched leading to more RAM usage and nw bandwidth. Tabs should load only when the user clicks on a particular tab. This used to work in older Opera versions.

i hate the change, but it is not that it load all pages, only 10 most recently used ale loaded. As a user of 8GB machine every MB of RAM counts and those 10 tabs are on average 400MB (5% of total RAM)
