Can't remotelly debug Opera for Android

Hello everyone.
In recent days I've been trying to remotely debug my web page on Opera for Android. I've followed some tutorials: http: //www.opera.com/dragonfly/documentation/remote/, https://dev.opera.com/articles/remotely-debugging-opera-for-android/. However, I was not able to debug. Also, I can't find Dragonfly in the version of Opera that I have installed on my computer.
The problem I'm having is right in the beginning: access "opera:debug" in Opera for Android, because the browser says "Can not access this site". Because of this, I'm not getting through the other steps to remotely debug my web page.
It's worth mentioning that because Opera is based on Chromium, I've tried the same procedures used to remotely debug Google Chrome for Android, but the Opera developer tool can not detect my Smartphone (I made sure that the debug mode was enabled). Here are some data about the Desktop and Smartphone Opera:Desktop:
Version: 45.0.2552.812
System: Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS (x86_64; Unity)Smartphone
Version: 42.7.2246.114996
System: Android 6.0.1Does anyone have any tips that can help me?
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to Opera's forums @Jordanqueiroz!
Despite I don't know about your request, (either if Opera for Android has DragonFly) AFAIK DragonFly exists only in Opera (Presto) not in the newest one Opera (Blink), if you need DragonFly (on desktop) you should search and Download Opera 12.xx (Presto).
FTP://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/ (Win)
