Strange behaviour in extensions bar

Hi folks,
I have installed among others notes and skype in the extension bar for easy operation. The funny thing is, I cant add text either to the notes extension or log in to the skype extension because it will not let me type my username and password. This also occure in pocket extension. No way to add text.
Anyone have some kind of idea why this is so. Cant see the use of an extensions bar if I cant use it

Are you talking about the side bar extensions?
