Drag a link to another Opera window, causing that linked site to load

In all other web browsers I can drag-and-drop a link from the page of one browser window into another browser window. That linked page gets loaded into the second window.
Opera does not let me drag a link. On every attempt I get selected text on that page rather than a drag of the link.
