I'm running on Windows 10 64-bit... after recent update to Opera 45.0.2552.812 (PGO), the VPN won't work, it keeps running and won't connect. What gives ?...

This is true for both a win 10 and Win 7 machine (64-bit.
Opera 45.0.2552.812 (PGO). VPN will not connect.

Ran into the same issue today. Was working good yesterday. VPN stuck at connection today on .812 and .869 versions.

Same here, in fact it never has worked except for about 10 seconds a few versions ago. ISP's are not losing any sleep over Opera's VPN, methinks.
