Sometimes Speed dial doesn't click

From time to time I would experience this issue, wondering if anyone else get this or to what could it be related.
I'm browsing sites like normally, and all of the sudden, when I open my Speed Dial to launch a new site, either I cannot click on a Speed dial folder, or if it does open, I cannot click on any site inside it. It's like it's not registering any clicks. And sometimes, when this happens, let's say I google for some thing, I get the results shown, and when I click on this google result I get redirected to the Speed dial (which I still cannot actually click).
Any thoughts?

I had the same problem with Opera. Had to restart Opera all the time. For me the problem was a conflict with Vivaldi that i have been testing out. I Deleted Vivaldi and everything went back to normal. Maybe you have the same problem?

Vivaldi and Opera should behave fine, follow below steps too.
