i have read too much to solve this,
but in my version i couldnot find anything,

Is SSL3 actually enabled in Opera 36?
I would be surprised as it's well known to be compromised for a long time now.
I can't see any options in Opera 36 to enable or disable SSL, or for the TLS versions for that matter, so I assume it's a fixed setting.
The instructions you've been looking at are only for the old Presto-based Opera versions, not the current Chromium-based versions.
