Change the color of folder icon on bookmarks bar.

Blue is not a very nice color for the eyes, why not yellow?
As it always was on windows and other browsers?
In my opinion yellow has more to do with a folder.

I think blue is better than those horrid black folders I had up until version 45.x. I don't know why it isn't user adjustable. It should be part of the theme I would say.
