This would be a really nice feature to have, since vpn is often only needed on certain sites and can interfer with others.

If it's feasible, I second.

Besides, other sites might be leaking data to the wrong channel if the whole window/session is rerouted.

I believe it might be a good idea but the development process of this may make it ignorable, i guess

+1. The VPN works great for 95% of sites, but it interferes with my corporate site. Either per-tab VPN or the ability to whitelist certain domains so they don't go through the VPN would be really useful.
