How can I block a specific URL from Twitter?

I recently broke up with my ex but find myself stalking his Twitter because he's been posting lies about me; he's doing it to hurt me and/or reel me back into our toxic relationship. At this point, I'd like to completely block his Twitter profile from my computer because it's causing me stress. I am not on Twitter; is there any way I can block his URL if I don't have an account? I'd also like to do this from Chrome. Any advice? Thank you.
