Video Stutter when playing mutliple videos in 2 Windows.

Recently I noticed stutter in videos (YouTube) whenever I have a second video/stream running in a new window on my second screen. When the other video is running in the same window the stutter does not happen at all.

Does anyone know what could cause this stuttering or experiences the same issue?

Does that happened before?
Test ON/OFF Hardware acceleration at settings

You can try with Gpu Blacklist at Opera://flags also, maybe can make some difference.

PS: The Joshl's question was about hardware too. :rolleyes:
