45.0.2552.453 (PGO) - beta
When I press the fullscreen button on YouTube, the video controls go behind the taskbar thus they become inaccessible. I noticed this happens when there's a program opened (like a media player, for instance, and it's paused) or a game in alt+tab mode. When there's no media player or game running, fullscreen is OK and video controls are accessible. The problem remains even with extensions disabled, so it isn't caused by any of them. Here are some screenshots.

Try making your game windowed and then make it fullscreen again. This might not be an Opera specific issue, but instead a Windows/Direct X issue.

Still the same. I also tried with Google Chrome, Vivaldi and Firefox - they don't have that problem.
