Opera is draining battery when running in background

Hello,
I love Opera for Android and I'm using it for a long, long time. I really appreciate convenient news feed, easy tabs management and ad blocker. Unfortunately, I'm experiencing some problems with high battery drain when Opera is running in background since about 1 month. As you can see on >>image here<< battery drain stops after force-closing Opera app.
I have non rooted Sony Xperia M4 Aqua E2303 with Android 6.0.1. I can deal with this problem by rooting phone and use greenify app, but it's not the way I want.
Is it possible to do something with this high battery usage? Maybe more information and logs are required? I can provide all what you need.
Thank you in advance for help.

Actually no - but probably I've found solution - I disabled "notifications about updates and recommendations" and usage reporting. So far result is quite ok, but I will observe battery for a few days more.

For resons best known to Opera, at device start up there are two permanently running background services for data mining and spam delivery purposes. They call it analytics and news. These services run regardless of whether you use the browser or not.
