Dark theme: still forced black text on tabs names and bookmark names in private mode.

Hi. Everything is perfect in normal mode (http://picsee.net/upload/2017-04-18/18c30337286f.png), but in private pageview mode (temporary halfclean profile mode) (Ctrl+Shift+N) - there is problem with tabs and bookmarks names - it's forced black: http://picsee.net/upload/2017-04-18/4cc3da22ba08.png

Slightly related: the dark feature is there for quite a while now in the developer preview. But still it shows me a balloon "new feature" every time I go to the speed dail.
If a users ignores this balloon for weeks, he is just not interested in the feature. Stop bugging him
