[Bug][Opera beta] Incorrect spacing between tabs and titlebar

When you start Opera Beta for Linux in windowed mode, it will have spacing between tabs and titlebar. After maximizing and restoring the window, the spacing disappears. It can be seen in the following screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/6cNVb
It's even more broken when you have sidebar disabled because after restoring the window it will not correctly position the opera button, so the opera button will only be half visible.
