Pop out video ugly border

I've checked in each stream and the video borderless is just in OStable, Beta and Dev has a black border sides.

I hate the black border thing as well. Prior it was borderless and had fixed aspect ratio per video so you could easily enlarge it with perfect video fit. Now, you drag it into one wrong direction and you just get s**t ton of black border. It's stupid.

same problem on every pc I own, everyone with the latest Stable release and windows (both 32 and 64 bit)

Same here, and even in Opera 55.0.2994.37 the problem isn't fixed yet. But it came up like 2 months ago and i am using Opera for 6 months now (I've always kept it on the latest version so it didn't came up at the same time you guys experienced this issue, which is quite strange.
