opera mail crashes

Bonjour, I am french and i speak very bad english, sorry:
This morning i open opera mail . It crashes. I have a message: Un problème est apparu, forçant Opera à se fermer. Pour nous aider à éviter de tels problèmes dans le futur, veuillez nous envoyer un rapport d'erreur en dessous. There is a problèm which made Opera to shut down. For helping us, please send us the error rapport.If i sent the rapport, Opera mail do not open.
idem if i sent not the rapport.I can't any more open opera mail. Please help me.

See "Menu -> Help -> About Opera Mail" for the location of your preference files. While Opera Mail is closed, delete the autosave.win file in the "sessions" folder.
If Opera Mail still crashes when you open it, rename operaprefs.ini while Opera Mail is closed. This will just reset some global mail preferences. It won't delete your accounts or anything like that.
(I don't use Mac so you might have to adapt these Windows directions a bit.)
