Some URL's won't Drag-N-Drop

Imported Chrome bookmark structure into Opera Bookmark-bar. Most URL's Drag-N-Drop without issue, however one on MSN will not. The URL in question will Drag-N-Drop in Chrome, using the same bookmark structure, but when dragged in Opera the slashed-O, indicating an invalid operation persists.
