Toolbar, Tab, and Address Bar Font Way Too Small

Is there any way to adjust the font and font size for the toolbars, address bar, and tabs in version 44? I would really like to use Opera, especially because of the VPN, but I keep going back to Firefox because it has a great add-on that allows extensive adjustments in font sizes and colors for the toolbars. It's called Theme Font & Size Changer. Might there be something similar for Opera??
