Errors with Windows 10 soft keyboard

Two errors show Opera isn't playing nicely with Windows 10's soft keyboard.
- clicking on a text field brings up the keyboard for typing, but covers over the text field, i.e. the window does not shift up when the keyboard appears. It works fine on Edge. Here are others with the same problem. https://meta.discourse.org/t/windows-10-touch-keyboard-hides-input-box/43389
- text prediction does not work -- the space where it should appear is there, but blank. Text prediction works on Edge.
