Taskbar shortcut problem after update (win 10)

Hi there,

Description: almost every time I update Opera, the shortcuts "new tab, new window and new private window" in the taskbar stop to work. The shortcut itself (to open Opera) does work though.

Steps to reproduce: Update Opera.

Actual result: Shortcut seems broken (not every update).

Expected result: Shortcut should work.

OS: Windows 10 (14393.693)

Version of Opera: Versions prior to 43.0.2442.1144 (PGO)

Uninstalling Opera and reinstalling it corrects the problem. But I don't want to do it every two weeks, so I thought I'd ask here for a possible fix.

Try this next time it happens. Close Opera. Delete the shortcut. Start Opera. Right click it and pin it to the taskbar. Does that fix it?

Probably, user's permissions needs to be checked and fixed.
