How to enable Youtube videos automatic loading?

When I open a Youtube video on a new tab, the video wont start loading until I focus that tab. Is there a way to change that behavior?

I'm pretty sure Magic Actions for YouTube can do it. It's a very handy extension.

Well, I have Magic Actions for YouTube in order to make the videos buffer, the problem is that, until I dont focus on the tab, the video wont start buffering.
I believe this is some behavior that changed on some Opera update maybe?
