IS THERE A WAY TO IMPORT OR EXPORT BOOKMARKS

Is there a way to backup my bookmarks so I don't loose Them, Or can I export them to a different browser I am going to restore my computer back to the factory settings and I need to backup all my files.

Whichever version you're using — archive your Profile folder and restore that after reinstalling.

For Opera 15+, it's the file Bookmarks in the profile folder (by default, %AppData%/Opera Software/Opera Developer, or Opera Next, or just Opera, depending on the channel you're using). You might want to backup the entire profile folder.

Speed dial: "favorites.db" and "favorites.db-journal" and if you want to backup the speed dial thumbnails as well also backup "thumbnails.db" and "thumbnails.db-journal"
Stash: "stash.db" and "stash.db-journal"
Bookmark bar: "Bookmarks" and "Bookmarks.bak" and "bookmarks.db-journal"
For a full profile backup (Opera Stable), copy the entire folder: C:\Users(Your User)\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
I hope a backup tool will appear for opera 20+
