Have to tab twice on mac but not on windows

I have a peculiar question. I use both a Windows computer and a Mac, and on both I use Opera. Since the update to v. 43, whenever I want to log in on Facebook (or Reddit), I select my e-mail address with the arrows and then I have to tab twice to get to the field where I have to give my password, whereas previously I had to use the tab button only once. If I tab only once I stay in the field where I have to give my e-mail address. I thought, well I can get used to this, but now I installed the new version on my Windows computer, and there it is still as it used to be. It is very annoying to have two routines for this, is there any way to change this in either version.
