VPN shows connecting, but do not connect. Is it blocked in the Kingdom of Bahrain?

I don't know for sure but based on their history it is quite likely that they are blocking Opera's VPN.

How? Why don't others?
Bahrain has a history of internet censorship and blocking things like VPNs. They aren't as aggressive as China is but Opera's VPN is an easy target.
