Keyboard command to open Mail & Chat account

Hello ,

What is the command to open up " Mail And Chat Account " ?

And what is the command to focus to my last email account ?

I have little knowledge on focus next widget & delay , 50& focus previous widget ....etc. and sendkeypress using nirmnd.

I need to frequently edit the last account for some reason.
