Missing edit button in speed dial. How to customize?

Hello,
I dowloaded the Opera yesterday and I would like to customize the speed dial site. However, I can not figure out how to do it. I searched the web for it, but there is no right-top or right-bottom edit button in my browser. I can not even add a folder by clicking on card with mouse right click. It is frustrating. Redownloading and reinstalling didn't work.
I downloaded the newest Opera from Opera website. I'm working on Mac.
Thank you in advance.
PS. Does anyone know how to customize tool bar (this one with www name field)? It would be great as well.
