HTML5 video popup not working

HTML5 video popup is not working. The button for opening popup is visible, but on click it hides and doesn't show again if I hover over the top of video frame.

Tried on Youtube and Vimeo services.

My system:

Opera version: 42.0.2393.137

Mac mini (Late 2014)
OS: macOS Sierra v10.12.2
Proc: 2,6 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris 1536
