Site can't be reached message when trying to open a saved bookmark

When I try to open some, but not all sites I have bookmarked and use frequently with several other browsers, Opera gives me this message instead:
This site can’t be reached

www.anglo-norman.net unexpectedly closed the connection.

Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
Check your internet connection.
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.

Allow Opera to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.

I have tried all these suggestion and none are useful. Has anyone else had this problem in Opera, and were you able to solve it? 12/28/2016 Brax 1944

What's your browser version?

Those sites http or https perhaps?
You bookmarked them - meaning they opened normal the first time?
